When paying by card or Apple Pay / PayPal account, AAE reserves the right to check its validity, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. We reserve the right to deny any purchase. Your card or other payment account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The currency used is £/GBP. UK VAT is included in all our prices and will be updated on the online store, when you select shipping country. Please note that all prices and product information on www.by-aae.com are subject to change. We cannot provide information about, or guarantee item availability in our shops via the website; some items that can be seen online are only available, or may be sold out. If you are a UK customer whose card or payement account is not denominated in British pounds (£), the final transaction amount will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer or payement processes the transaction.

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout. You can refer to our full “Delivery Option” section for full delivery options and pricing. Please note that all prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Shipping fees in £ (GBP) will be displayed at the checkout. AAE will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible. UK standard delivery normally takes 2-5 working days (Monday – Friday) from the time of placing the order. Delivery times outside the UK may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Please note that we only sell items we have in stock or we make place order. Items may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders when the item will be done within 2 at 5 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AAE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, or courier delays due to adverse weather conditions etc. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the customer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 10 days after the order was placed. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the customer makes known to AAE at the time of registering personal details and placing the order. We do not deliver to the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man) or to British Overseas Territories (Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territories, British Virgin Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, St Helena, Ascension, Tristan da Cunha, Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia, South Georgia and the South, Sandwich Islands or Turks and Caicos Islands). a.Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

b.Estimated shipping times

United Kingdom: 2-5 business days

United States: 7-15 business days

Europe: 5-7 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-15 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

c.Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Colour Variation

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our AAE website. If there are colour variations between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the products, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.

a. Natural variations of materials

Careful consideration is given to the materials used in all our products. Your AAE product is made using the best leathers we can find. Every hide is unique. Tonal variations, marks or scars are natural features of the leather and should not be considered faults. The leathers will show signs of age and, like a favourite pair of jeans, your item may change in colour and develop into an individual piece that you will be proud to wear for years to come.

Our products that use waxed fabrics display a variation of markings that may continue to develop over time. This is a result of the natural waxing process.

6. Transport Warranty

All consignments that are sent are insured by AAE. If you discover any damage to the package before you open it, you must report this to the forwarding company. If you have already opened the consignment when you discover the damage, you must follow the instructions on the back of the return note that is attached to the consignment.

7. Minimum Age

In order to shop at AAE online store you must be at least 18 years old.

8. Privacy Policy

Please see our Privacy Policy page for more details.

9. Applicable Law

If any local mandatory consumer law provisions are applicable, AAE will consider such provisions and make country specific adjustments. AAE may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
